Actually no, answer should be all of them are CFL.

For 3, we can write the CFG as: S -> aSbb | aSbbb| eps

For 2, we can break it down into two cases: n > m and n < m. This will give us two different CFGs and we can take their union to get the final CFG.

For 1 too, we can break it down into two different cases - n = m or m <= k and then solve it.
