Even length of string, odd number of zeroes, so that means the string should contain odd number of one's to match the even length.

1. $0000 \not \in L^*$

2. $010101 \in L, 010101 \in L^*$

3. $ 111101 \in L, 111101 \in L^*$

4. $ 010 \not \in L$
