I think 3 is also not lattice. As d and e do  not have join semilattice. Am I wrong?

d and e have join at h they do not have a meet so it is not a lattice.

it is a lattice since every element has a meet and join.
So only 3rd option is correct i,e It doesn't represent a lattice right ?
yes...i have not checked 4th option but note that it is not a cube since 1 vertex is missing. They have not made the diagram correctly since in a lattice we don't have horizontal edges. like f and g is having horizontal edge.
