Please help me I am very confused ? As I give this week to complete engg maths full please reply fast
i study calculus but now i totally confused in calculus cause what is the exact syllabus of calculus for gate cse in integration , so all types of integration i do like multiple integration etc ? please reply as i stuck in between.

Consider the following sets: S1 = {S | S is a set such that S ∉ S} S2 = {S | S is a set} Do S1 & S2 exist? The answer is both do not exist. I do not understand why so? S ∉ S is always true as {A} ∉ {A} so S1 can have elements and sets can exist as elements in a set, so why does S2 doesn’t exists either?
I have a confusion, let's say we have three vectors a,b & c in 2-D space. a & b are linearly independent but c is dependent on a & b. Can't we represent whole 2-D space using a,b & c as (any vector V) V = x*a + y*b +0*c and hence a,b & c form basis. Then how can we say that basis are set of linearly independent vectors. Please tell me where I am going wrong.
