Why $2’s$ complement operation generally used for subtraction?

A-B = A+(-B) ==> here you need to do only addition only, so negative number represented in 2’s complement

With Two’s complement you can do the two task of adding and subtracting the numbers without any special logic, which also implies you can do the addition and subtraction of two positive or negative numbers by the same circuit in the CPU only.

That is why we prefer 2’s complement for subtraction.
